GREGORY C. LARSON

            Gregory C. Larson has been in law practice in Bismarck, North Dakota since 1980, and is a partner of the Larson Latham Huettl LLP Law Firm.   His primary areas of practice have been tax, business, probate, estate and elder law.  He received his BS degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, North Dakota; his JD degree from Gonzaga University, Spokane, Washington; and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami, Miami, Florida.

            Greg has been a member of the Medcenter One Hospital Foundation Advisory Board since 1986, the American Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Western Dakota Estate Planning Council (President, 1983, 1984, Member of Board of Directors, 1982 to present), Christian Legal Society (Member and State Director since 1989), and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (Member and State Director since 1991).

            Through his practice, Greg has had extensive experience and dealings with purchases and sales of farm and ranch land.  This legal background has proven to be very valuable in dealing with Retirement Consulting’s property transactions.
